The Detroit Tigers to give Buck Farmer another chance to pitch Saturday vs. the White Sox.

Farmer, 26 will be joining the Tigers once again this season. Farmer was sent to Toledo after a terrible start vs the Tampa Bay Rays giving up 7 ER in 2 1/3 IP. Buck Farmer left Detroit with a 2-1 record with a 6.62 ERA which included 22 Strikeouts, In 17.2 IP and a WHIP of 1.36 ERA.

Farmer (6-4) with a 3.93 ERA in Toledo this year also consisted of a WHIP of 1.33. Struggled in the Big Leagues in his career sporting a 2-7 record which consists of an ERA of 6.80.

Buck drafted in the 5th Round (156th Overall) in the 2013 MLB Draft out of Georgia Tech. He is most famous for being the guy the Tigers called up from Low-A West Michigan to the Big Leagues.
