It has been a rough year for former Detroit Tigers Outfielder Steven Moyà he was placed on Outright Release Waivers from Detroit in the Spring and then resigned with the team to a Minor League Deal. Moyà started the year with Tigers Triple-A Affliate Toledo. And…. well let’s just say that didn’t go any better for the 6’7 Outfielder who was once highly  touted as the Tigers Top Prospect, As the team announced yesterday Moyà has been demoted to Double-A Erie. As Moyà swung a cold bat, Steven Moya has hit just .166 in 46 GP with the Mud Hens with 7 HR and 15 RBIs. He also had 61 K’s in 151 ABs.
